Delivery

Our default courier is Parcel Force and you will be provided with a tracking number once your goods have been shipped, howver we do reserve the right to use other methods of carriage at our discretion.

Our online carriage charges are as follows:

Certain large items, such as display rigs/ramps, may carry a surcharge, this is clearly shown on the product description.

Returns

Goods can be returned for full repayment (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are no longer required then they may be returned to us at your cost for repayment, excluding ougoing carriage charge and 15% handling charge. Returned items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)
